Buying your first house just got that little bit easier!
The great news for all First Time Buyers in today's budget is the annoucement that with IMMEDIATE EFFECT first time buyer making purchases up to £300,000 will have NO stamp duty to pay.
And even better, it's already in effect - the change started at midnight last night.
This could mean a maximum saving of £5,000.
