I would like to thank Sue and the team of Saunders & Lingard for their perseverance, understanding and professionalism in securing a buyer for my father's apartment in Torquay, a town full of apartments for sale! Almost immediately after being listed on the market an offer was made and accepted but, unfortunately, this offer did not reach completion.
