Wow - what a year it has been with all the ups and downs the Covid situation has created, However, we have been incredibly busy since May 2020 and as we hurtle through 2021 we are proud to be celebrating our 7th year in business, after launching in June 2014. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported and encouraged us and to all our clients and customers who have allowed us to be a success.
Lots of things have changed during that time and we have embraced forced change along with developing our services to be 'virtual ready' and being able to provide seamless high standard for which we are known for. The launch of video tours have been a really handy tool during the lock downs where potential buyers where able to 'view' from a distance before being able to make a physical visit and this has certainly increased sales numbers.
As we look forward to the remainder of 2021, the forecast appears very favourable even with a continued demand for properties outstripping supply and we would therefore like to invite anyone who is thinking of selling to get in touch with us, find out what your home is really worth and experience a 'refreshing change'.
