The Location, Location, Location is great!!!
Saunders & Lingard Estate Agents have had a rather fabulously famous property on their books. The gorgeous Paignton property flaunted her stuff on an episode of 'Location Location Location' last year....boy, this house was hot stuff and she knew it!
Yes this 4 bedroom home was the glamour puss of the year, as soon as you opened the door she was flirting with you, with her mosaic flooring ...it's just wasn't decent you know! She knew that her lovely sitting room would take your breath away and never one to be shy, she went all Parisian on us with original French doors opening to the rear garden with window over with original coloured glass inlay.
And of course she had to have four bedrooms or 'boudoirs', as the shy and retiring property liked to call them .....PHEW! How could anyone resist???
Well, the testimonial received a couple of days ago from the happy customers who recently sold their flat and bought this gem of a home through Saunders & Lingard says it all....

They also helped us get our offer accepted on the property we were buying that same weekend. To say we were over the moon would be an understatement.
As anyone who has bought and sold properties knows, it can be a very stressful time in terms of solicitors and surveys and finances. But Sue updated us on a regular basis, acting as the perfect go between all of the clients. We always felt we were in professional, friendly and safe hands from start to finish and I think she was almost as delighted as us when we finally got the keys to our new home. The card and gift were a lovely surprise as well.
