According to a recent publication of data from Zoopla which lists the top 10 ranking property hot spots across the whole of Britain, Torquay rocked in at a very respectable 7th position with a 7.05% increase in average property values between January and December 2018.
The South West region as a whole had a modest average rise of 0.38%, so while Devon and Cornwall overall are holding a steady path, more locally here in Torquay it suggests a high degree of demand in the property market.
