I would like to thank Sue and the team of Saunders & Lingard for their perseverance, understanding and professionalism in securing a buyer for my father's apartment in Torquay, a town full of apartments for sale! Almost immediately after being listed on the market an offer was made and accepted but, unfortunately, this offer did not reach completion. This setback did little to deter the team and after what seemed an age Sue and her team finally managed to secure a buyer for the apartment. The sale was on track to complete within a reasonable time frame when sadly my father passed away; halting the sale until Probate had been approved.
