The Secretary of State for Housing, Mr Robert Jenrick, has now confirmed that estate agency may continue to operate and remain open for business during the November 2020 lockdown. So, what does this mean for estate agents, their vendors, and potential buyers?
Here at Saunders & Lingard we will continue to offer our high level of service to our vendor clients and purchasers and remain fully available by appointment, phone, and email.
Our virtual viewings are available for many of the properties currently listed. If you wish to view a property in person, then talk to us and we will see what is possible to arrange!
Please note however that you will need to be in a position to proceed i.e. already have a buyer for your own or do not need to sell anything, and have your finances in place.
