Sara initially showed us round the property and did not hassle us at all but left us to look around and measure up at leisure. She was full of useful information about the property and the area. Once our offer was accepted, she and Sue were super-efficient throughout the whole process and we found them a joy to deal with. On completion day Sara met us at the property and gave us a bottle of Prosecco and a little presentation box containing our new house keys - what a lovely touch! If we were ever to sell up (highly unlikely!) we would have no hesitation in using this agent!
